Hi, I’m Sarah—lover of good coffee, great food, and beautiful spaces. I’ve been hosting guests in the heart of Christchurch for several years now, managing a small collection of centrally located apartments designed to feel like your home away from home.
My passion for hospitality comes from a love of travel and the little things that make a stay special. Whether it’s a perfectly brewed morning coffee, a restaurant recommendation you’ll be talking about for days, or simply a space that feels calm and welcoming, I’ve poured that love into every apartment we offer.
I love discovering new cafés, restaurants and wine bars—both in Christchurch and further afield. I believe some of the best experiences come from feeling like a local, and that’s exactly what I hope to share with you during your stay.

A Local That's Close to My Heart - The Church Pub
The Church Pub is one of our favourite neighbourhood spots—and not just because we were lucky enough to get married there in July 2024 (true story!). While they don’t usually host weddings, we managed to call in a favour and celebrate our special day in one of the most atmospheric venues in town.
Housed in a beautifully restored church, this pub offers a warm, laid-back vibe that instantly makes you feel at home. Expect local craft beers on tap, a great selection of wines and cocktails, and a rotating list of brews that showcase the best of the region.
The menu is all about comfort done right—wood fired pizzas, pub classics, and generous share plates perfect for casual catch-ups or a relaxed dinner after a day exploring the city. There’s often live music, too, which only adds to the welcoming, community feel.
