Do you have on site secure parking?

Yes! All of our apartments now come with secure parking included.

Do your rooms have laundry facilities?

All our one and two-bedroom apartments have in-room laundry.

Studio apartments don’t include laundry, but there’s a laundromat conveniently located on the ground floor of Cathedral Junction.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We have a number of booking options including free cancellation.

Can I check in after hours?

Absolutely. If you’re arriving after 10pm, just let us know—we’ll set up a lockbox for easy access.

Do you have a reception?

We don’t have a traditional reception desk, but key pickup is simple—from a store located right inside Cathedral Junction.

How close are you to Te Pae Convention Centre?

Just a 3-minute walk! You won’t even need to set an alarm.

Where can I go for breakfast?

There are plenty of great options right on your doorstep. We recommend Child Sister and Foundation Café—both are local favourites.

What dinner options are nearby?

So many!

New Regent Street (a 1-minute walk) is home to Casa Publica and Twenty Seven Steps. Across the road on Worcester Street, OGB Bar is a great spot.

For a relaxed dinner, try The Church.
